Privacy policy

Effective October 19, 2026. This policy covers the Spasenie Analytics administrative application for orlandorussianchurch.com, not every service linked from the church website.

Access and purpose

With the Google account holder’s authorization, the application accesses Google Analytics traffic reports, property and account configuration, and Google Search Console search performance, verified-site information and sitemap settings. Authorized permissions are analytics.readonly, analytics.edit and webmasters. Reporting access supports website measurement; editing access supports administrator-requested configuration and sitemap work. The application does not request access to Gmail messages or Google Drive files.

Storage and use

OAuth credentials are stored in the operator’s macOS Keychain and used in memory for API requests. Credentials are not placed in public website files or reports. Retrieved reports may be saved in the operator’s project files and processed by authorized automation and AI-assistant tools to prepare website reports or carry out requested administration. Only data needed for those tasks should be supplied to such tools; credentials must not be included.

Google user data is used for the authorized website-management functions. It is not sold or used for advertising targeting. Spasenie Analytics’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Control, retention and contact

You can revoke the application’s access in Google Account connections. Revocation prevents new authorized API access but does not automatically erase previously saved reports. Reports remain in the operator’s project history until removed by the operator; backups may retain prior copies. To request removal of saved reports or credentials, contact mobitruckusa@gmail.com. Requests are handled by the website operator.
